1. Agreement to Terms

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

Quacha Advisors provides:

• Consulting and advisory services in HSE, ESG, Enterprise Risk Management, Security, Quality and Food Safety.
• Training programs, workshops and professional development courses.
• Digital products including templates, toolkits, workbooks, guides and compliance packs.
• Site visits, audits and risk assessments.
• Client portal access for document management, certificates and reports.

All service descriptions on this site are illustrative. Specific deliverables, timelines and fees are confirmed in a written proposal or statement of work before engagement.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, software and downloadable resources — is the property of Quacha Advisors or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Digital products purchased from our shop are licensed to you for internal use within your organisation. You may not redistribute, resell, modify for resale or publicly share these materials without prior written consent.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account (including portal access), you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use or security breach.

5. Payments and Billing

Fees for services and products are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. Payment terms are set out in the applicable invoice or proposal. For shop purchases, payment is required in full before digital product delivery. For consulting engagements, deposits or milestone payments may apply.

All prices are subject to applicable taxes and duties where relevant.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information shared during engagements as confidential. Likewise, you agree not to disclose proprietary methodologies, templates or strategic recommendations provided by Quacha Advisors to third parties without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quacha Advisors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.

Our consulting advice is based on information provided by you and industry best practices. You remain responsible for decisions made and actions taken based on our recommendations.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a consulting engagement in accordance with the termination provisions in the applicable proposal or contract. We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the portal or shop if you breach these terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through the courts of Western Australia.
