Frank Mwaala Sipilanyambe is an internationally experienced executive, consultant, entrepreneur and business leader with more than 20 years of executive leadership experience gained across Australia and Africa. He has successfully led strategic initiatives in Health, Safety, Environment, ESG, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Security, Quality, Food Safety, Operational Excellence and Business Transformation across high-risk and highly regulated industries.
As the Founder, Chief Executive Officer & Principal Consultant of Quacha Advisors, Frank leads a multidisciplinary team of experienced consultants providing practical, innovative and sustainable advisory services that help organisations improve governance, strengthen operational performance, reduce enterprise risk and achieve sustainable business growth.
